I would think if you spoke with the new owners and signed their leases, they would re-sign you.
I know the work they are doing is tremendous to each apartment so it might be worth it to talk to them.

I actually lived up there about 30 years ago....forgot all about that, it wasnt for long, and I was just young. It was Coldbrook Cres then too.

i left colbrook cres a few years ago after living there for over 7 years because the mold in the place was making my daughter have respitory problems and even with two doctors notes stating that the mold was the cause of her problems they refused to do anything about it. Hopefully the people who bought the place will take care of that. I know so many people that left there because of mold. Someone told me they are selling the apts to people?!? True or false?? I dont know about anyone else but i wouldnt buy one lol

They are selling them, we had to move because of the severe mold problem...they didn't do anything about it and there wasn't any 3 bedrooms available at the time so we moved elseware
