And I was just starting to get used to Global Warming.

Someone was out in shorts today and last week I saw several girls in sandals!

I guess it has to start sometime. Might as well get it over with. lol

i just checked weather on the internet and they stopped the warning.

I love snow storms, I guess the feeling of school getting cancelled because of them never left me. But I don't care to see the stuff stay around. Keeps the air too cold.

I also seen 2 people out bikes two, the normal peddle type. It was nice out for sure!

no snow sitting in the woods slowly melting into the spring causes the ground to dry up quicker and the forest fire season starts earlier, lasts longer, and has the potential to be worse.

I LOVE LOVE LOVE storms .. don't like snow too much but I love the storm and at this point I would rather see snow than rain plus my children love snow..well one does..one is hasn't really ever seen it yet lol

A DEVELOPING LOW PRESSURE SYSTEM APPROACHING FROM THE SOUTHWEST WILL TRACK ACROSS NORTHERN NEW BRUNSWICK TONIGHT. SNOW AHEAD OF THE SYSTEM HAS ALREADY SPREAD ACROSS THE PROVINCE. THE SNOW WILL CHANGE TO A PERIOD OF ICE PELLETS WITH A RISK OF FREEZING RAIN BEFORE CHANGING TO RAIN. OVER SOUTHERN PORTIONS OF THE PROVINCE 10 TO 15 CENTIMETRES OF SNOW ARE EXPECTED WITH THE EXCEPTION OF THE FUNDY COAST WILL SHOULD SEE ABOUT 5 CENTIMETRES. THE CHANGEOVER WILL BE FOLLOWED BY 10 TO 20 MILLEMETRES OF RAIN EXCEPT ONCE AGAIN FOR THE FUNDY COAST WHERE RAINFALL AMOUNTS UP TO 30 MILLEMETRES ARE LIKELY HENCE THE RAINFALL WARNING IS ISSUED FOR THAT AREA. OVER NORTHERN AREAS 15 TO 20 CENTIMETRES OF SNOW ARE EXPECTED WHICH WILL THEN BE FOLLOWED BY 5 MILLIMETRES OF RAIN.

closings?
My friend's daycare is closing at 1:30 due to freezing rain. Is it really that bad? Are the malls closed? Are the buses running? Is it supposed to warm up and turn to rain? We are just wondering if we should be thinking about picking our kids up early too.
