Food samples-usually good. Offerings from the canteen, cheap and filling, have tried the poutine, pizza, and hot dogs, some times i go there almost just for the soft ice cream cone. In the deli section I usually find something good, but I have not tried for example the $15 packages of chicken alfredo or other dishes like that, I have had their pizza and I didn't much care for the margherita pizza but that was a personal preference. I have also had their salads with the cranberries and nuts, I thought that was pretty good.

I've bought a few items based on what I sampled; it's a good way to decide if you want to spend 23$ on 80 frozen bean sprout fajitas, or will eat 12 lbs of date and gooseberry coulis, or whatever weird product they are touting this week. :-)
