Hi Rylan,

I am also into photography. I have gone to a few places around town but honestly, i don't enjoy taking too many pictures in the wintertime. I'm really into color and while snow can be pretty, it gets boring to me. Anyways.. I'm not sure if they are still there, but there are ducks at rockwood park.. i actually just took some shots there a few weeks ago of them. Once spring gets into way and summer, rockwood park is still a good place but also uptown saint john is pretty neat too. My friend and i walked around there last summer and there are a lot of nice things to take pictures of. Especially in king square with all the flowers.
Do you have a particular type of photography that you enjoy the most?
How long have you been into it?
Sorry i don't really have any suggestions for this time of year.
But hope to see some of your photos !

Wow great pics. I used to be into photography too before I had 4 kids. Now I don't have any time. I just got a Cannon powershot S5. I used to have a fujifilm camera aswell. That one was alot easier to use. I do not know all that this camera can do. The manual is huge and I don't have time to really go through it. I need someone to teach me all the great features of it so I can take some really great pics too.

I don't know if you do this for a profession, but if not, I really think you should look into it as a career. These are wonderful!!

Hey.. yeah you take some awesome shots.
I must say, i don't do such a good job. But i just got my dslr in january. Haven't been able to get out and do much with it. So most of the pics i am adding here were taken with my old digital camera. Also, i have a ton of pics i adore but obviously i can't put them all up so i just picked some random ones. Also, i really like portraiture, which i have done a little of my friends, and lots of my son. I have them on my facebook, but don't think they would enjoy me posting their pictures up on here.
Anyways.. here are some of my pics.

A flower at a friend's house.

I forget what church this is. It's uptown, on Germain st i believe.

I can see this house from my kitchen window. It has been the subject of a lot of photos, different seasons.
