I would definitely not get my nosed pierced with a gun, it is very hard to position it so that the nose ring goes in at the right angle. Having it done with a needle is the way to ensure that the hole is made properly. I have friends who have had it done with the gun, and have had many problems down the road, I had mine done with a needle almost 10 years ago and no problems. And tattoo parlors are not bad places, there are some very talented people there.

When I got mine done the guy at the Tattoo Parlor told me a cpl stories about people coming in to him after having it done with the gun, he said they were infected and very very hard to get out!

Never get your nose pierced with a gun, at least in a tattoo parlor you know you are the only to have used that needle!!! think of all the other people that have had their noses in that gun, I know they say they are sterilized but you really don't know how clean they are!
