Harbour Bridge tolls?

Does anyone know whether the toll plaza is actually going to be closing or not. There is a lot of conflicting articles on this. Some say the deal is still going through and others are saying no. I don't know who to believe!!

I wouldn't put more than $5 on it, they are letting you put less than 10 now

This ought to be interesting. Goverment lawyers have ordered the Bridge Authority to close the tolls and hand over the keys. Does this mean the the tolls are now illegally collecting the money?
