If I may, I would suggest staying away from these pills. There are other ways to speed up your metabolism that are much safer and more effective. Here are some things that have helped me lose 60 lbs in the past year.
Make sure you are drinking 2 to 3 liters of water a day...this will fight hunger better than anything.
Your diet needs to be full of veggies, fruits and lean meats. I limit the breads and have found a bunch of great recipes for omelets, salads, turkey meatloaf and chili that are the back bone of my diet.
Rather than spend money on pills talk to a nutritionist or a personal trainer. These folks can give you better advice than any pill can :-)
