Pickled Eggs

If you know how to make them could you give me your recipe? I made some for my husband from an internet recipe but their not what he remembers as being the type sometimes sold in bars.
Thanks much!

I fill a mason jar with eggs, add onions and pickling spice then fill the jar with vinegar. I usually wont let hubby eat them for a week so the flavor is better. I used to make htem half water half vinegar but he didint think they were string enough.

Adding a small bit of diced garlic gives even better flavor to them

It's very important to first "Cook" the eggs before placing them in the glass bottle, oh ya, and take the shells off, failing to do so could result in the failure of your pickled eggs!
