preparation h stain?

My hubby has been goingto work for the past few days now with these stains on the butt of his pants from his prep h that he was using last week. It looks like a big grease stain on the pants, so I tried my usual dish detergent soak, and it didnt work. Anyone know of something else I could try? He just got the pants for Christmas, I would hate to throw them out =(

In order to get out a "grease" stain you need to add grease....odd but true....Try some WD-40. Spray it on the stain, scrub...add detergent directly on the Stain....scrub some more....Wash garment in the hottest possible water the garment will tolerate....good luck.

Another thing that works great on other grease stains is Talcum Powder. I use baby powder and sprinkle it on as soon as I get a stain and it seems to soak up the grease. Works for me!!!
