Multiple Dwelling Unit

Is there anyone in Saint John right now that has FiberOp installed in a Multiple Unit Dwelling?

What are the details in getting this done. I cant get any consistent answers from Bell Aliant.

One agent told me to have my landlord call, they would install the access for free since it was only 7 apartments. Another one said there is a cost but only an engineer could determine this and i cannot speak with one.

Any info would be useful.

Do you have a utility room in that building and was a node installed? If so, was your landlord Billed?

nope no utility room, it was directly run from the existing lines outside the building, so no charge to the landlord
