Hey guys, you can use this thread to update the status of the roads today and keep bumping it for any snowstorm.

just before 8 AM. main st west, reversing falls, chesley drive, main st north from mcdonalds intersection to adelaide, and then adelaide to millidge av were all in fair condition. some slippery sections and a few cars sliding. the snow was a lot lighter then than now.

Last edited by dan j; 12-31-2007 at 10:18 AM.. Reason: had an E and A mixed up in adelaide.

I think it's safe to say all roads officially suck at this point.

I was just out, of course no plows in sight. Anyway, the roads aren't too bad as long as you take your time, and hopefully have some good tires on. Be careful, drive safe!!!

This morning the snow let up a bit and Main St West was in fair condition. Chesley Dr was pretty good. Main St North, Adelaide, and Millidge Av were all really bad and like others have said in the plowing thread is that people have to walk on the roads which make for dangerous conditions for everyone.

It then started to storm again for a few hours. Not sure how that changed things since.

I just got back from being out. Rothesay ave. is snow covered and you cant tell the lanes. In town the hills are hard to get up. I saw lots of people sliding all over the place. It will probably get alot worse when it starts raining.
