Is it still a statutory holiday in Nova Scotia?

I have my car insurance with TD insurance in Nova Scotia apparently, and I called this morning to change a vehicleon my policy but the recording says their offices are closed for the statutory holiday. What holiday is it in Nova Scotia?

TD was closed on the Friday before too and they were closed the following Saturday. They took a lot of days for the one stat holiday.
