How much does it normally cost to cut a door in a basement foundation

If I wanted to put another exit from a basement, where one part is definitely tall enough and mostly above ground, how much does this sort of work cost?

Cutting Cement

My guess is it would be quite a bit, to get an accurate price call a contractor but last summer when I put in my new back door I changed it from a 32 to a 36 and it sits down in my foundation about 8 inches so I had to cut 2 strips out of the foundation about 2 inches wide and 8 long by the depth of the wall. II took 6 wheels and a half day rental on the cutter, the cutter cost about 50.00 I don't remember how much the wheels cost but they were 12 inch ones and don't last very long. I only had to cut 8 inches twice you would have to cut 80 inches or more twice...........I think without looking my total for cutting out those 2 little strips was about 100.00 so I would say to cut out a door size hole you would be looking at 500.00 plus

Well there goes that idea for this year anyway, since I would be paying someone to do it. I wouldn't feel comfortable operating big equipment myself without training, supervision, or experience.
