LF info on heat/lights costs in a highrise

I will be moving at some point this spring or summer and I am looking at rents for several locations all over the city. I've lived uptown in a Victorian apartment and west in an oil-heated family home, so I know the basic costs for that. I'm looking at the following locations:

155 Mystery Lake Drive
411 Ellerdale
Reading Crescent

I'm not looking for a critique of the location, maintenance issues, or management practices, just what heat and lights would cost in buildings like these so I can decide if I can look at a two bedroom or a three- was hoping to use the third as a dining room and office since none of the high rises having dining rooms, and I don't mean the eating area off the kitchen, that's not a dining room LOL.

Seems weird that they can do that, I would think it breaches privacy regulations.

You might consider the town houses in the Rifle Range area....close to Sobey's in the north end..
not sure of the two or three bedroom rents right now but all units have a dining room..
four bedrooms in July will be $740.00..currently paying $75.00 per month (12 months per year) for oil and approx $80.00 per month for electricity.

thanks for the info. its a little more than we can afford and a LOT more than we need LOL but it gives me an idea of what it might cost, if it were scaled down to a 2 bedroom space.
