You want to avoid hotels?

I would ask a travel agent to be honest.

Have you thought about renting a week of someone's timeshare? There is people placing ads all the time renting out their timeshare. I think that would be a very viable option for you.

My parents own a house in Sarasota and they go though a rental agency to rent it out so I would think that you could do the same if you are going to rent one. It would probably make things more comfortable if you are worried about being legit. I can get the number of the rental agency if you want and they could point you in the right direction if you wanted a different area. Good Luck

This isn't a condo but we stayed here last year and were VERY pleased. No problems at all, close to all resorts. Flew out of Bangor with Allegiant Air. No frills airline but very reasonable prices.

Trip to Florida

If you know someone who works at RCI (Wyndham)they usually a couple of times a year have available vacation coupons for around 149.00 that the staff can buy for friends etc for a 1 week stay in one of the RCI resorts. Just make sure there is a resort available for the time you are looking for. Christmas week is a really busy time.......... As someone already mentioned fly Allegiant Air out of Bangor, I did last may and it was only 99.00 each way (the Disney tickets cost more than the airfare) If you go this route plan to rent a car, Allegiant Air flies into Sanford which is about an hour from Kissimmee, I rented mine through Allegiant when I bought the tickets and it was a great deal.

One last thing if you go this route, unless your adventurous, plan to leave the resort a day early and spend a night in Sanford Allegiant flies out of Bangor around noon which is great you can leave early and drive down that day and still get there in plenty of time but they fly out of Sanford at 8am, it’s not a fun drive at 5am in the dark on roads you don't know.............my gps worked great if it wasn't for it I would likely still be there........I will never do that again......next year when I go again I will leave a day early and drive up to Sanford the evening before.

Hope this helps
Bill
