Somewhere around 20,000 Past Taylor lake rd on the right in Spruce St. first left off Spruce which goes around in the shape of a q the land will be in the top left corner of the q Needs to be surveyed as I have almost 5 acres and want to sell some. Just seeing if there is any interest.

How much is it per lot and how much are you asking for all 5? Are these lots serviced? Whcih end of Saint John are they in? Is it treed?

There will be only 1 lot available as I live on the rest. It will be approximatly 2 acres in size. Depends on where the line is drawn. May start around $20,000.00 depending on surveying etc. Some of the land is cleared and most with trees. Well and septic will be needed, purchasers responsibility. It is located in east Saint John, about 8 KM past airport towards St. Martins, Route 111. If your interested, call me. Tony 649-5062
