The only thing we know for sure is that yet anther set of street lights is going in there. They're already there for pity sake.

There has been an ad running in the local paper looking for interest in someone to take on a Glamour Secrets franchise to be opening in the spring in the new East Point development.
I think it would be safe to assume that is one thing that is going in there.
It is also my understanding that Moores Suits is leaving the mall to re-open in East Point.

There is always a costco going somewhere. Someone could be building a house and there will be a rumour started about a Costco going there. I'm not going to even think about it until I see great big letters on a building that says Costco.

Roots, Moores and another one I can't remember (I am thinking a dollar store but could be wrong here). The hotel as well (they are putting the steel up now)
Costco, well some local engineers have been talking to the costco ones in Moncton looking west. Still, its all hear say till the ground breaks right?
And the reasonthey are so secretive about the 2 strip malss ( 3rd going in as well) is because they don't have them rented out now.
(I am thinking a dollar store but could be wrong here)

the only thing that has me irked is the new set of street lights going up.. for pete sake i almost run the one by Home Depot all the time cuz i keep focusing on the one in front of CAA... a habit i didn't get out of i guess lol
the one in front of CAA is supposed to be removed sometime soon after the new ones go up...
