Posts marked as read automatically

Many times, posts that I have not read are being marked as read... I haven't clicked the mark all posts read button either.

Anyone else having this problem?

Thanks for using the helpdesk and for your question

The way the system works, unread messages are basically just the ones that you haven't read during your current login session.

So once you logout, all previous messages essentially get counted as having been read.
