The Victorian Order of Nurses and partners would like to take this opportunity to invite you and/or a representative to attend an information session on a new program called Neighbours Helping Neighbours. This program is about connecting individuals to meet an unmet need for caregivers – a chance to get a break from caregiving responsibilities and brings together two of VON’s major themes – volunteerism and caregiving.
Come and Learn about this exciting program, hear from guest speakers Sharon O’Brien Senior Watch and Sherry Gionet DayBreak Seniors Activity Center and share in dialogue on how we build community capacity by creating a sense of cohesion within our own neighbourhoods.
