Portion of Peel Street to be blocked off Saturday
The media and public are advised that the portion of Peel Street between Union Street and Chipman Street will be closed to traffic beginning at 7am Saturday, January 24th for the demolition of the building at #10 Peel Street.
There will be no traffic or parking allowed on this portion of Peel Street all day Saturday. The street will continue to be accessible to emergency vehicles. The demolition is expected to be completed on Saturday.
The City of Saint John thanks the public for their cooperation and apologizes for any inconvenience this may cause.
