On Wednesday, January 21 @ 7:00 at the North End Community Center there will be a FREE Yoga class for adults.
Space is limited - please wear loose comfortable clothing

The next yoga class will be on Wednesday, Feb 4th @ 6:30 pm - 8:00 pm at the North End Community Centre.
Then the next class will be on Wednesday, Feb 18th @ 6:30 - 8:00 at the NECC.
Please wear loose comfortable clothing

The yoga class scheduled for Wed, Feb 4 has been cancelled due to the weather! Hope to see lots of people on Wed, Feb 18 @ 6:30 at the North End Community Centre.

Please be advised that there is Free yoga classes for North Enders on Wednesday, Feb 18th @ 6:30 - 8:00 pm at the North End Community Center on Victoria Street.
Wear loose comfortable clothing and bring a friend!!!!
