Looking for double bladed skates for a young child.

They had them at Canadian Tire for $9.99 last time I was there...they were hanging on the end of one of the shelving units in the sporting goods section...they were an aisle or two away from the skates. Hope that helps.
Thanks. I looked the last time I was there, but didn't see them. Did you see them at the CT east or west?
