Just wanted to pass on that if anyone has a Wii and Wireless internet, or some form to connect it it is really cool. We have added Wii Points so we can buy original nintendo, SNES, Sega and 64 games and they are downloaded directly to our. This is a really cool feature and not as complicated as i thought it would be.
anyway codos to nintendo. really cool feature.

I'd purchase the Wii points card around town.
We tried it and the bill broke out as follows:
$10
x 14* tax
for 11.40 US DOLLARS!
Then it was converted to Cdn funds, so it works out to over $13 CDN for $10 in wii points..

Bear with me, our WII is new, and I am a girl (lol)
We were thinking of getting a wii card, but you can buy the points cards locally for cheaper? At BBV and Rogers? or if I go thru wii shop thru the wii menu i have the us-cda conversion so I get ripped off a couple bucks? Is this correct?
Also is it a regular rogers gift card or do they have special wii cards? Probably a stupid question, I know they have a wii accessories section so they probably have wii cards?
How many points for a $10 card?

I think it's actually cheaper to get them using the credit card (although just by a bit). You're paying the US/Canada conversion regardless, since you're paying for than $20.00 for $20.00 worth of points. I think it's cheaper online since there's no middleman markup. I've bought it both ways and can't 100% remember the exact numbers.

Be careful, once you get started, it's hard to stop buying those Wii shop games ;)
