Check with the manufacturers web site...

sometime software from other mp3 players works like jukebox player

roxio, music match etc. best bet is to look at the manufacturers

website and download the newer software...

I'n sorry i didn't respond to the people who have tried to help me. Icedragon, it's an older player. I'm trying to help a neighbor out by trying to get her some songs on her mp3 player. She doesn't have the driver that comes with the player. What i've found on the player are the following....... D'music.....palMP-3. Probably not much to go on. Hope someone can help me out. Beefy

Dynamic : I'm kind of pc illiterate. Where is the best place to save the driver to,, to make sure it works? I downloaded one from the site you sent me, but saved it into my documents.. Thx... Beefy
