Anyone up on the stock market, I have a question ?

How low can a stock drop before they either stop trading in it or
the company has to file for bankruptcy protection ? Or is there a point,
Will it just be allowed to reach 0 value?

Thanks
Bill

Each stock market has different rules for allowing a company to be bought and sold.

All I know is my investments are worth a lot less now. Thankfully I am in it for the long haul so I have zero worries.

If you had purchased $1,000-worth of shares in Delta Airlines one year ago, you would have $49 today…
If you had purchased $1,000-worth of shares in AIG, you would have $33 today…
If you had purchased $1,000-worth of shares in Lehman Bros, you would have $0 today…
But, if you had purchased $1,000-worth of beer one year ago, drank all the beer, then turned in the aluminum cans today for a recycling refund, you would receive $214.
Based on the above information, the best current investment plan is to drink heavily and recycle.
We’ll call it the 401-Keg Plan…

Scary. Makes me half glad that I am too poor to invest in stocks. That's a good laugh though. LOL
