Can anyone fill me in on co-op housing in the city?
What co-ops are there/where are they located? what's the process/qualifications you have to get into one? If accepted, what type of place do you get...apartment, house etc.? Are heat & light included in the cost?
My husband & I welcome our first child in August & are really looking for a good quality of life where we can raise our child & do our part in a community type setting.
Any info would be appreciated :)
