Hi,

I am in the lookout for a new job and was wondering what call centres are hiring or will be soon in the next couple months?

Also for those that work in one can you post what kind of pay range and benefits they offer?
Thanks.

I'm luckily out of the call center gig now, but I did it for several years. Pay range for me was as low as $7.50ish....as high as a bit over $20/hr. Depends on your personal skill level, and a number of other things.
Benefits are also dependant on who you work for. Anywhere from no coverage to everything covered.

I am curious. For someone that have been working for 10 years in call centres now with different roles, what else are these qualifications good for outside call centre work?

I've never really done the call center thing but I heard ICT is hiring as is Sitel. That's all I know, and that's just cause I know people that work there.

Sitel is hiring. They have a great benefit package and it costs nothing. You automatically get it after 3 months. The pay isn't too bad and you get a bonus each month. And the shifts are all based on performance not on how long you have been there. Also if you are in school or have another job they will work around your schedule.

Does anyone know where one can apply for a job there?
Fax number? Online?
Thanks for any help!
