DIY bathtub refinishing

Has anyone refinished a bathtub on their own? I'm not talking about having someone come to your house to do it for you. I'm wondering if it's difficult to do, where you bought the kit and if you were pleased with the results.

I was going to do it to the old cast iron tub in my old house. I bought 3 kits of Tub & Tile epoxy in the States. Unfortunately I met my husband and we sold my old house and bought a new one before I got around to getting the job done. If you're interested in trying it yourself, I'd sell the three boxes to you for a reasonable price. BTW They're white.
