Wondering if anyone has any tips on how to ease morning sickness. I am usually sick in the morning but today I have been sick since I woke up and feel terrible! Any tips would be great!

With both of my pregnancy's I had morning sickness, things that were suggested to me were eating a few soda crackers first thing even though you fell sick. Also drinking lemonade or ginger ale. If it gets really bad, it did for me, your doc can prescribe diclectin which is used to help the nausea and vommiting.

i diclectin too.. it worked excellent but the only bad thing I found it made me a little drowsy. but it was better tired than vomiting!! also they suggest to eat smaller more frequent meals.. I found drinking milk helped me.

i had morning sickness for my 2nd child and i ate dry bread and it seemed to work, and i remember my nanny saying to drink salted water. take a glass of water and put about 1 teaspoon of salt in it and drink it . it tastes really gross but it works for some reason!good luck and congrats! its all worth it in the end, just the feeling of holding your own baby in your arms is amazing!

my wife was sick 24/7 for the entire pregnancy for our first, and were like 99 percent certain she's prego again and its going the same way again, she's found crackers semi work for her, an worse case scenario they hurt less the second time around. i heard diclectin wasnt supposed to be prescribed because of side effects? or maybe i was just hearing some rumors?

No, diclectin has no harmful side affects. Some doctors suggest just using gravol if your past the 20 week mark of your pregnancy.

Luckily, I didn't have a bit of MS...I count my lucky stars every day.

I was actually told not to use gravol, period, no matter how far along in the pregnancy. We travel by ferry several times a year & I was advised against using it at all.

I still have it it is not as sever as it was though. This is my second pregnancy and I was sick for my first but I don't think it was this bad! I see my doctor in a couple of weeks I will deffintly mention that medication if it gets really bad again. Thanks everyone
