I caught this article today and was physically sickened by it. What a world we're living in that greed supersedes compassion and the law backs it up. Just disgusting.

That is really disgusting. They should be shot. It reminds me of when my friend"s so was killed in a car accident a few years back. He had 2 credit cards and a car loan. At 21 he had no "estate". His mother call his creditors and informed them that he had died. The loan was no problem and one of his credit cards said not to worry but one credit card company sent his parents the credit card debt saying since they got his estate they were responsble for his debt. His "estate" consisted of his clothes, an old battered guitar, his music and his dog. I wonder what they wanted his parents to sell? CRAZY
