Can anyone tell me what these apartments are like? Are they kept clean? Quiet? Are they fairly decent apartments? Thanks!
p.s. Park Place is just beyond simonds high school, same side, other side of heather way. THANKS!
I have a good friend that lives in one of these apartments. The area is pretty quiet and relatively clean. There are cameras on the entrances to the buildings that can be viewed from your TV.
The apartments are pretty nice.. I wish I could tell you more but I don't live in them..hope this helps.

How's the rent? My best friend and her husband is considering moving to the city. Does the bus stop near there. She's mentioned Mystery Lake highrise but I know nothing of that except the bus stops at the door of the building. Does anyone know anything about that building?

I believe the bus is near.. and rent is reasonable. Ill have to ask when i get a chance..

if your friends is planning to move in there, there may be a waiting time for a place. i just moved out of there at the end of january and lived there for 4 years. I know that if you are to do your landry watch out cause ppl like to steal your laundry so just warning you. Other then that there were no problems. There is also a cell phone and pager # that is right on the buzzer if you have any problems you can call that at any time of the day. They will come to you right away even if a fuse blew lol. just call them they can tell you all the info. oh and you also have to go for a security check. You can call them at 696-1440.

Thanks everyone... Once more question.. I have been looking at the bus schedule, and it stops really early in the evening, is there a bus that runs that way later in the nite (say 10pm or later?)
