That's news to me. Seems like 'European Union', only on this side of the Atlantic. There's so much government in everything these days. I suppose it's inevitable, but it's so organised and structured that it certainly takes the fun out out of life and ruins spontaneity. (yuk, take it away!)
My opinion is that it will make things less free and more beurocratic, and end up being just another tax to pay at the end of the year.
