troubles with IE7

IE7 says *ERROR: Please enable JavaScript* , but everywhere i look it is enabled. anyone know how i might be able to get my IE7 working thanks, i cant even post in isaintjohn in IE

I had big problems with IE7 so I switched it back to six. I don't know how to help though. Sorry.

Try downloading Java again.

thanks but miscrosoft sucks. i have dealt with them on winxp keys for my system after formatting a few times and my key stopped working. i think i'll drop IE and go with firefox or something, maybe even netscrape. lol

IE 7 was not designed just for Vista. It was created using .NET 2.0 (and ASP) Which was released XP long before Vista.


Woofer have you tired resetting the IE settings?

Finally I suggest uninstalling IE 7.0 and download a fresh copy and try again. If all else fails FireFox has just released beta FireFox 3.0.

i tried resetting and also uninstalled IE7 and downloaded IE6 but IE6 wont let me install because it says i have a newer version. next step to fix IE would be a baseball bat :)

Have you tried reinstalling IE7?

Download a new browser like Firefox,Then delete your IE7 and reinstall it that is what i did and so far no more errors. Good Luck

i gave up and formatted, all works good now lol

Add/Remove programs, Delete IE7 or Windows upate for IE7
will go back to IE6 by default. System restore works wonders as well

My IE6 never been the same since i uninstalled IE7, format was best option :)
