Yea i checked there and everything is WAY overpriced, (but they didnt have it anyway).. They are selling a Maternity shirts for $105.. Lol and pants for $95

I am more or less looking for a video that i can do at home.. I have a bit of social anxitey.. and i dont like doing things like this with other people.. lol

Have you checked the library? Meditation can also be very helpful, during pregnancy and more importantly, during childbirth, you might want to look into that as well.
