For anyone who is good with Excel formulas-- I'm trying to do something quite simple (I think), but I'm a complete n00b and I cannot get it right!
I want one cell to be able to calculate BMR (how many calories per day that you burn if you do nothing at all), based on weight.
So, if A1 was 150, then B1 would be 1486.
If A1 was 145, then B1 would be 1464.
I can make the first part work by using:
=IF(A1=150;1486;0)
But I need to put all of the other BMR values in that cell as well so it changes with the weight, and I'm not sure how to include more than one formula in a cell! Is that possible, or am I approaching it the wrong way?
Thank you soooo much! It's driving me nuts!
