I purchased a Nero CD on ebay..(dvd burning program) it says on it
"Bundle with Hardware Only"
can someone tell me what this means??

It's not to sold with out the DVD rom, so it may not work unless you have the rom that can with the CD... (Bundle with Hardware Only)

you need to have a dvd burner in your system....what you bought is just the software....thats all it menas

This would be OEM (Original Equipment Manufacturer) software. Selling it separate from hardware is a bit of a legal grey area. I'd try it out, cause it may still be functional, but if not, and the seller didn't specify that it was OEM, you know what kind of feedback to leave.
