drivers needed

Does anyone know where I can get a free download for the drivers for my printer? It is a Lexmark X75
I have the Z35 and drivers but want the ones for the all in one that I have

What version of windows? Xp is http://www.downloaddelivery.com/srfilecache/CJXP75LE.exe

not compatiple with vista and there are no longer 98 drivers
