would any body know why my son toe skin is yellow with yellow stuff comming out of it.

The skin on his toes you mean? I am having a hard time understanding what you mean just because of some wording.
Is he a baby?

It sounds like an infection. It is puffy? Is there anything with a "head" on it (like say when you get a big pimple that is ready to pop). What color is the stuff that is coming out and does it smell?

Does the baby have any type of nutrition or immune problems? Was he on any medications that could have lowered his immunity?

If he seems to be in pain you should call Tele-Care. I am sorry your baby is not feeling well, it is very hard on a parent to not know what to do to make them better.
Tele-care is the 1800 number that you can call for free medical advice from a nurse.
You also could try and get him in tomorrow to the after hours clinic.
