hi,i'm looking for a roomate to share a 3 level townhouse in millidgeville,i'm a single mom with two boys the cost would be $450.00 and that includes:heat,lights,hotwater,cable,internet,phone ,full use of shared kitchen,bath,dishwasher, and washer and dryer.if this sounds like something of interest,call me @652-9786.
p.s. i also have a workout gym in the basement and basement could easily be turned into a family room if u wanted to have ur own get away space.this is available anytime.non smoker and no pets.
