Find the Front Side Bus using this program

http://www.cpuid.com/download/cpu-z-138.zip

Then search.....eBay? for a processor that is faster with the same FSB and socket.

Good luck. Not really sure if your mobo can handle it.

You can also go into the bios and see what the multiplier goes up to

most of the higher end socket 370 had 133fsb and 8 x multiplier

to make it 1066mhz one gig cpu were mostly 133 x 7.5

they are a few rare mobo's that had 14 or 15 x multipliers

but the biggest cpu I heard of p-3 wise is 1133mhz in socket 370

very very rare and of course an odd celeron 1400mhz

good luck I have seen a few cpu's kicking around town

I have even seen a few socket 370 mobo's that used ddr ram

instead of sd ram even rarer indeed

no in the bios most systems will allow you to change the multipliers

and fsb check it to see what they are to see what cpu it will
