Breakfast Bar Attendant (Part time ~ Approx. Min 20 Hours per week)
Job Description:
Prepare/ Breakfast Bar for guests: Open to guests at 6:30 a.m.
Ø Make Coffee and refresh as needed
Ø Prepare and set up food/beverage, containers and cutlery items in designated area, replenish as needed.
Ø Maintain a clean and orderly storage area
Ø Maintain and clean all equipment and food storage containers
Ø Counting of inventory weekly, restocking of incoming inventory
Ø Count of weekly wasted product
Ø Remove garbage and compost to outside dumpster/compost bin
Ø Clear tables and clean after guest use.
Ø Clean breakfast area
Ø Must have professional and courteous attitude toward guests at all times.
Shift: 5:30 a.m. - 12 noon
Typical days required: Saturday, Sunday, Monday, Tuesday with the opportunity for more shifts during vacation season.
Starting wage: $7.50/hr
