I am hoping to acquire a map of the hiking and biking trails in Rockwood Park. Here is the only map I have found so far:

It is of very poor quality and only shows hiking trails. I know there are many more trails that are for biking.
Please help.
Also, if anyone knows of some really interesting things to check out at Rockwood Park, please let me know.
