International Masters Degree

Does anyone have any info on the standards for a Masters program in a European country ? They follow the same Bachelor/Masters/Doctorate format but how hard is it to get a Masters Degree obtained Internationally to be recognized in Canada by employers here?

It depends on the field....for example Dr's, dentists, vets, lawyers etc all have to take equivalancy tests. It also will depend, on whether it is an accredited university.
