No, seat is like a bicycle seat but alot larger and more comfortable.

Bike is still for sale, has the computer on it, probably needs batteries in it though.

I have one for sale, it is a bike and the arms move back and fourth to get an upper body workout, also has the computer on it for distance speed etc. ,Been used about 5 times, paid 250.00 will sell for 20.00. It is in almost new shape.
