No water? Anyone know?

Woke up this morning to no water...Called the city and asked the guy who answered. He told me "yeah there's no water, goodbye" and hung up. No explanation, no effort to tell me how long it might be off for. So, does anyone here know what happened?

I had a similar proble this morning. I was running the water to get in the shower and I had extremely low water pressure. Next to none. I live uptown and but have no idea as to why this happened..

On my way to work this morning I say a HUGE water main break...it was flowing like a river so the city probably shut it off so they can at least find out where's it's coming from as the water was at least 1-2 feet deep...

loch lomond rd across from the irving there is a huge water break, tons of us have no water :(

To everyone who does not have water: My deepest sympathy. We had to have ours shut off to replace our hot water heater and it drove me crazy.

I always need to do dishes when they get dirty or they will pile up and multiply faster than babydoll2008's kittens. I also am an avid hand washer and have small children. Argh I feel your pain.

I drove by the water break on Loch Lomand Road. It is right beside a hair salon. Hope they get it fixed!
