I'd like to say thanks to the gentleman that passed me Saturday when I was out for my driving lesson. I was parked at a stop sign then I started edging my way out to see because there was cars parked everywhere (corner of Duke and Carmarthen St.) and you had to be somewhere so quickly (I'm assuming) that you came up on my left side and proceeded to pass me and drive straight across the busy street. If I would've just started driving for the day this would have made me a nervous wreck for the rest of the day but I was on my way home. Perhaps in your big SUV you didn't notice the sign on the roof indicating I'm a new driver or you thought it would be funny to scare the new driver. Not funny.
