o.k i am running xp pro and have a 256 nx 6200 ax vid card.

i am trying to display my com on my tv but only around 3/4 of the picture shows on the tv and there is no sound, about 3 inches of my tv displays nothing and i cannot find a number to contact msi, any ideas?

Well the sound thing doesn't make sense. I'm confused on that one. How does video and sound relate?

Sounds to me like you have an alignment issue. You are using nVidia software correct? If so, You must enable overscan to fill the screen.

If you are not using any nVidia software, Download it.

PS you can't call MSI without dialing a long distance number either. Hooray for customer support.

I tried searching for you, Short of enabling my nVidia card.

I couldn't find a direct route of information. Sorry.

actuall you helped alot, decided to look further into the settings and now i can see most of the screen, i will work soon

For sound, you need to connect a mini-jack to stereo-RCA y-adapter to your computer and the rca's to your tv. If the video cable isn't working properly, the sound may not kick in sometimes (and sometimes not).
