Things to do in and around Saint John

I am looking for ideas on things to do around Saint John. I'm already aware of the obvious, such as Rockwood Park, Irving Nature Park, etc. Just looking for different things to do.

Fundy National is a great day trip, and only 1.5 hours away. New River is nice. The museum, a city bus tour of Saint John is a fantastic way to get know our city, the jet boats are a blast!

I think the Fundy Trail opens next weekend...It is impressive!!

Do you mean adult things or kid things? I took my son to the petting zoo at Brunswick Nurseries the other day, that was lots of fun! How about going for an ice cream at the Pumpkin Patch? Just some ideas :)
