Moving to the area and wondering when garbage day is in rothesay/quispamsis.

Depends on what area you move to. In Quispamsis, you hire your own garbage contractor and whichever day they pick up is what day your garbage day is.

For example: We lived on Vincent Road in Quispamsis and had hired Dominion Refuse to collect our garbage and it was on Tuesday.

Now we live in Rothesay (Barsa Subdivision) and garbage is paid for in our taxes and our pick up day is Thursday.

I guess if you are planning on buying a house then a good idea would be to check with the realtor, on when the previous owners have pick up and if it's quispamsis, then you might want to hire the same company they use.

If you use Waste Management in Quispamsis, generally garbage day is Thursday rotating every second week with compost. big item clean up is the first Tuesday of every month. If you go with them, you can request a printed calendar page of what is when every month.
