How much does it normally cost to put on a trailer hitch

I paid $150 in Vancouver but something tells me the competition was fiercer out there. Just your basic lowest weight hitch for pulling utility trailers or maybe a small tent trailer (eventually).

It would all depend on whether or not it has to be welded onto the frame or not.
